About Simona Owner & Master Stylist – Glam Italiano Hair With over 32 years of experience behind the chair, Simona is the heart and soul of Glam Italiano Hair. Trained in Italy, where she studied the art of cosmetology, Simona brings European flair and timeless technique to every client she serves. Her passion for beauty is matched by her dedication to helping people look and feel their best. Whether you’re in her chair for a fresh cut, custom color, or a total transformation, Simona’s skilled hands and warm personality make every appointment a luxurious experience. Simona’s life has been an incredible journey—married to a proud U.S. Marine who served for 26 years, she’s lived in Japan, New York, Virginia, and California, gaining inspiration and cultural influence along the way. Now settled and rooted in her own salon here in Lake Wylie SC, she continues to pour her heart into her work. When she’s not styling, Simona enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and spoiling her beloved dogs. She looks forward to welcoming you into her chair and sharing a little of that Glam Italiano magic.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy At Glam Italiano , we value your time as well as ours. To ensure we can provide the best experience for all clients, please review and adhere to the following cancellation policy: 1. Appointment Cancellations • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment. • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. 2. No-Shows • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. 3. Late Arrivals • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require the appointment to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. • Late cancellations due to tardiness will be subject to the cancellation fee. 4. Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your service. 5. Emergencies • We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Hi! My name is Kendra, I am 24 years old and I have been a licensed esthetician for nearly 6 years now- creating SWEETSKKIN in 2019. For the last 4 years, I’ve specialized in 20 minute Brazilian waxes, as well as full body waxing and body facials! Prior to waxing, my main focus was in facials and skin education, which I plan to bring back onto my list of services very soon!
